You will receive photos and a brief report after the inspection.

As a keyholding customer, you have a local contact if something happens, a tradesperson requires access or something needs to be taken care of at the property.
If required, we can assess the situation, carry out simple measures and assist with access, coordination and follow-up of other tradespeople. Work and additional services are agreed and invoiced separately.
